We are seeking a House Circle Leader to steer the operational future and guest experience of our iconic BodyHoliday. Reporting directly to the Resort General Manager, this senior leadership role drives day-to-day profitability and seamless service delivery across our Front Office, Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Security teams. Balancing high-level fiscal strategy with hands-on mentorship, the incumbent will cultivate a highly motivated team and optimize operational efficiencies to ensure our physical spaces mirror our world-class wellbeing standards. Ultimately, you will champion guest satisfaction and execute premium hospitality standards that reinforce our resort’s status as a premier destination for experiential travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or similar field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with an International 4-5star resorts/ including experience in remote or island resorts
- 3-5 years as Senior Operations/Room Division/AGM experience in 150+ room resort
- Strong people and operational management skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Prior Resort Front Office and Housekeeping experience a must
- Excellent understanding and full compliance of hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge on business planning and budget preparation
- Effective Leadership skills and notable work ethics.
- Proven track record working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to develop talent in hospitality standards
- Good knowledge of yield and revenue management
- Required to work during weekends based on business requirements
