Description
We’re seeking a champion of the resort’s Fitness, Entertainment, Health & Recreation Programs!
This dynamic Senior Leader is responsible for all dimensions of guests’ well-being experience and has oversight for Soft Adventures, Scuba, Watersports, Entertainment & all Fitness teams. The incumbent must strive to continually improve the delivery of programs/activities while driving internal and external guest satisfaction by maximizing team performance
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Professional Certification in Sports or Wellness
- National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certification
- International Sports Sciences Association - Certification
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in a 4–5 star resort/hotel, or 5+ years managing large fitness/leisure facilities
- Strong customer service skills with expertise in sports and body–mind techniques
- Experienced in integrated wellness approaches and holistic programming
- Caribbean region experience preferred
